Tyler - founded Southwest Equity Appraisals in 1994. He attended UC Riverside and shortly thereafter began an appraisal internship at the Southwest Equity Appraisals office in Riverside. He returned to his hometown of San Diego where he began working with Pacifica Mortgage and eventually started his own appraisal company. Along with 14 years of appraisal experience, he also has a broker's license and owns his own real estate company known as Lowman Realty Group.
Matt - has been a residential appraiser in San Diego for the past 9 years. He has experience in all types of residential appraisals including high-end properties, construction loans and proposed developments. A native of San Diego, he resides in Cardiff by the Sea and holds bachelor's degree from UCSB. He is also active in real estate with Lowman Realty Group.
Troy - joined the Southwest Equity team in 2004 and has been appraising real estate in San Diego for the past 4 years. Originally from Redding, Ca, he came to San Diego to attend SDSU, graduated with a bachelor's degree in finance and now resides in Carmel Valley. He is FHA approved and holds a certified residential appraiser license.
Angel - began his career at Southwest Equity Appraisals in 2004 and has 4 years of real estate appraisal experience. Originally from New Jersey, Angel received a bachelor´s degree from the University of West Virginia, moved to San Diego in 1998 and currently resides in Pacific Beach. He recently received his certified residential appraiser license.
